  • One number, budgeted once a year. Annual invoicing, net 30, subject to appropriation. Every plan sits under the $100,000 competitive-bid threshold.

Founding District terms

The first districts to partner with us get 20% off the standard rate for three years, in exchange for a written case study, a reference on request, and regular feedback. Every invoice shows the standard rate and your Founding District credit.

Texas pays districts $1,000 per completed initial evaluation (HB 2, TEC §48.159). Co-ops and shared service arrangements are priced on combined member enrollment.

Pricing questions

Why don't you publish prices?+

Your price depends only on your plan, and we confirm the plan against your enrollment so the number you take to your budget meeting is the number on the order form. Tell us your enrollment above and we'll email your plan within one business day.

How do districts budget for it?+

One annual invoice, net 30, subject to appropriation. Districts fund EvalCamp from the special education budget or IDEA-B, and every plan sits under the $100,000 competitive-bid threshold. Texas also pays districts $1,000 per completed initial evaluation (HB 2, TEC §48.159).

Can we try it first?+

Small and Mid districts can start with a free pilot, with onboarding done by us. Enterprise districts roll out in phases with a no-fee rollout period and a no-cost exit at its end. Nothing renews automatically.

What does the Founding District rate require?+

A written case study, a reference on request, and regular feedback while you roll out. In return, you get 20% off the standard rate for three years, and every invoice shows the standard rate and your Founding District credit.

Do contract evaluators cost extra?+

No. Contract evaluators get scoped access to the evaluations they are part of, and they are included in every plan.
