Doesn't our IEP system already do this?+
Your IEP system generates the documents and flags an overdue date after the fact. What it doesn't do is orchestrate your diagnostician, LSSP, SLP, and OT through the evaluation window: who owns which task, by when, and who's notified when it's done. That coordination is the part most teams still run in a spreadsheet. That's the part EvalCamp runs.
Do we have to replace Frontline / eSPED / PowerSchool?+
No. EvalCamp works alongside your IEP system. It handles the evaluation tracking and team coordination from referral to the initial ARD meeting, where eligibility is determined and the first IEP is written. Then your IEP system does the IEP. Keep what works.
How is student data protected?+
We sign your district's Data Privacy Agreement before any real data is entered, act as a FERPA school official, encrypt data in transit and at rest, host in the US, and never sell or share student data. You own your data and can export or delete it anytime.
What about breaks, absences, and recalculating deadlines?+

Does EvalCamp handle 504s?+
EvalCamp is built for special education evaluations: initial evaluations and reevaluations, from referral to the initial ARD meeting. It doesn't manage 504 plans. Your 504 system keeps doing that.
